APPOINTMENT POLICY
If you need an appointment for your pet please call the office at 715-365-8387 during regular business hours. If you receive our voicemail, we are likely assisting other customers so please leave a message with your contact information and we will return your call as soon as possible. We are also accepting appointment requests via email, but please be aware that we only check our emails at the end of the day so it may take a bit longer for us to get back to you Make Online Appointment. We also ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment you do so at least 24 hours before so we can schedule another patient in your place. We are very busy and scheduling out at least a week in advance. Thank you
PATIENT ARRIVAL POLICY
When you arrive to the clinic, please call the front desk to check in. When we have a room available, we will instruct you to come in. Our waiting room is quite small and we are trying to keep as much social distancing as possible.
When you do enter the clinic, please have your dog on a leash (preferably NOT a retractible leash as they can be very dangerous in a veterinary setting). Also all cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash for their own safety. Some dogs may not be cat friendly and we do not want any patients to get injured!
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is required at the time of services rendered.
We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), checks, and cash. We also understand that pet illness or injury is not a planned event and that treatments can be expensive. For that reason, we do offer CareCredit as a payment option. It take 5 minutes to complete an application and if approved, you can make monthly payments through this program. CareCredit offers low monthly payments, interest free financing for 6 months, and no annual fee. Many of our clients use this option and are very happy with the program.
